Yesterday I learned that a heliotrope is a type of plant that turns its leaves and flowers toward the sun during the day, and each night turns back toward the east in anticipation of the sunrise, to a chorus of "Here Comes the Sun," I imagine.I am moved by their optimism and dedication. I want to plant a whole garden of them.
